Great location for shopping, but can be quiet at night. It's advisable to avoid late returns if traveling solo. Excellent service with free jacuzzi and afternoon tea at Arck Club, just remember to book in advance. Finding the entrance may be tricky for first-time visitors in the Pratunam area.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. The location is really convenient, just a short distance from the main shopping malls. The service was excellent, especially the room service which was prompt and efficient. The room amenities provided everything we needed, from the air conditioning to the mini-bar and the comfortable sitting area. The free toiletries and electric kettle were a nice touch. We also appreciated the flat-screen TV and the dining restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay here very enjoyable.
We would recommend this hotel to families.
